FAQ

Do you charge for setup and breakdown time? 
No, this is included in the pricing.
Is there a deposit required to hold the date?
Yes, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due 10 days prior to the event date, unless other arrangements have been made.
Is there a minimum time for Photo Booth Services?
There is a minimum charge for up to 2 hours.
What if my venue changes, will there be any additional costs?
No, unless the venue is out of the service area, additional travel charges may apply.
What if we want to extend/change the time on the day of the event?
Additional time can be added at an hourly fee.
Are we limited to the amount of photos or visits to the booth?
No, there is no limit.  You can have as many photos within the time of the contract.
What size are the prints?
The prints are in strips of 4, at 2" x 6" size, glossy format.
How big of an area do you require and how big is the booth?
The booth measures 6 feet high.  The total area required is about 36 square feet.
How long does it take to set up the booth?
We allow up to one hour for setup, depending on location and load in criteria.
Do you have your own props?
Yes, we bring hats, headbands, glasses, signs and other items to make your event fun and unique.
Is the booth a "proper" photo booth?
The booth is a fully enclosed, industry built booth.  It is very professional in appearance.
Can I purchase a Scrapbook/Guest Book?
Yes, a scrapbook is available for an additional charge of $100.  Our professional on site technician will help your guests compile a scrapbook as a keepsake from your event.  A great way to remember your event!
